Not the best, a very basic service. Seem to have done the bare minimal on my behalf. Alice was supposed to be representing me in the purchase. No longer replying to emails as I still have not received all the searches I paid for, only her summary of what’s been found. She didn’t want to get involved/help or advise in many concerns i buying the property, just fogs you off a lot with “that’s not a legal matter”. Luckily I was able to obtain proper legal advise and representation elsewhere to try and sort out issues that should had been done prior to my completion. I really DO NOT recommend this company for conveyances services.

I called Howes Percival on Monday and explained that I needed a letter drafting urgently. I emailed all of the information across that was requested and explained it needed to be done quickly. My email has been ignored and no contact since. We’re now a week behind and we’re going to need to find another law firm to complete this task for us. I wouldn’t recommend this firm.

Very poor service - caused long and unnecessary delays in conveyancing due to their ineptitude and incompetence. Seemingly unaware of changes in the law, stubbornly refused to accept their error, thereby wasted weeks of peoples time in related house sales, causing great inconvenience and frustration.to many people. Unacceptably bad communication - DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY. Find better solicitors who will work with you.
