Nice law firm with professional front of house staffs make my whole experience better than my expectations. World class services by their reception ground floor in London named Mohammad and the team. He is a brilliant Security concierge with knowledge and customer services. Highly recommended to all visitors.

I have been assisting my grandmother with her equity release mortgage as we’ve recently lost my grandad. The service here has been very poor. They have been difficult to get hold of, barely any communication or update. The chain is now about to collapse and I’ve been informed that the file is on the desk and they will get to it. You are ranked 35 globally and this isn’t acceptable.

Excellent set up, very professional company good advisers speak in plain English where possible. Very good facilitators of training and a good experience with them prepping for an exam. Accessible staff and a very good in depth wealth of knowledge
