Unreal. This company was recommended, however, they were absolutely not interested in my enquiry because it was of very little financial gain to the company (I have since found out from another firm that it would only cost £5 - which I was unaware of at the time of calling). I was advised very quickly into the conversation that I should contact someone else as they cannot help me. When I questioned this further, she advised me ‘if you don’t like how I have spoken to you, I really do suggest you go elsewhere’. Then, when asking who I was speaking with, I was advised that the lady was in fact one of the directors! Wow! Just wow!

I contacted Aristone solicitors regarding a civil dispute. Maryiam took my case and spent considerable time with me on the phone. She gave me clarity and advice what is the best way forward for my case. Even though my case did not need legal representation at that time she gave her opinion and showed personal care, patience, and sympathised with my problem . I have approached quite a few solicitors beforehand regarding my case but Aristone solicitors went over and beyond to assist me. Highly recommend them.
