Welcome to Dos! Our platform is designed to increase the productivity of lawyers, with a particular focus on immigration services. By using our platform, you agree to the following Terms of Service, which outline your relationship with Dos.
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern the relationship between Dos ("we," "us," "our") and you as a legal professional or law firm ("you," "your," "law firm") who uses our platform. By using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms
Dos provides a platform that helps law firms be more productive by solving manual tasks like finding clients seeking legal services or billing those clients. Our platform uses advanced technology, including artificial intelligence (AI), to assist lawyers in managing their workloads efficiently. However, Dos does not offer legal advice and functions solely as a software service provider.
To use our platform, you must: • Create an account and provide accurate and up-to-date information about your law firm. • Ensure that all information on your profile is truthful and not misleading. • Maintain the security of your login credentials and notify us immediately of any unauthorised use.
Dos leverages artificial intelligence (AI) technology to improve lawyers' experience on our platform. This includes, but is not limited to: • AI Assistant: Our AI Assistant helps clients solve simple enquiries with information available on public websites. • Automated Calls: Our AI system makes automated calls to clients to verify the accuracy of the contact information provided and to confirm their request details. • Classification of cases: Based on the data clients provided, our AI engine recommends to the lawyers the best route to solve the immigration case. All these suggestions are intended for indicative purposes only and should not be construed as legal advice. Dos is not responsible for the AI recommendations, which are intended for indicative purposes only and should not be construed as legal advice. Dos expressly disclaims any responsibility or liability for the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of such AI-generated recommendations.
You may discontinue your use of the Dos platform at any time by notifying us in writing. We may also suspend or terminate your account if we believe you have breached these Terms or acted in a way that harms our platform, users, or reputation.

Dos reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms of Service or engage in conduct that harms our reputation or business.
