I had very bad experience with Svitlana Panchenko. After all copies of documents were sent to her to organise general power of attorney for my mum I was not contacted by Svitlana for 1,5 weeks. She supposed to finish it in one week time. ( the price was £220) When I called her, Svitlana said it’s miss understanding. And now it can’t be done on time. We are human beings and can make mistakes but it not costs a lot to say SORRY. Next time she asked me to use Consulate of Ukraine. ( she thought , she made a good joke)
