Great service by Ben and the team. Very clear approach and explained the process in full so I knew what to expect. Once the onboarding was done, I was kept up to date throughout the conveyancing and completed in less than 4 weeks. Exceeded my expectations as I was told by other firms that it can take 16 weeks! Without a doubt would recommend!

We've had the longest and most drawn-out move imaginable, and changed solicitor last autumn - since then Aarti at XYZ has just been amazing - totally on the ball with everything and communication has been excellent at every step of the way. She's expert, professional, patient and totally thorough, she's made a very stressful move so much easier and we would highly recommend her. Conveyancing is never top of any solicitor's list, but we really felt we'd been prioritised with the ease, speed and efficiency she tackled it all with. Very, very grateful and satisfied customers!

Avoid at all cost! If you would like to write never ending emails, make a numerous calls back and forth with no results, sleepless nights, constant worry, and make a financial losses then feel free to choose this so called solicitors for your conveyancing need. Abysmal service and extremely unprofessional. I made a formal complaint 9 weeks ago and they still "HAVE NOT" responded. The "completion" took place on 09th of August 2024, only to find out few days later that Zenobia Mahmood- my conveyancer, had not even correctly drafted and executed the sale contract. She also failed to contact my property's management company, also failed to request the permission to sale of my property, also failed to obtain necessary documents from the management company to complete the sale. This firm failed to act according to the instructions given, consequently the buyer has STILL not been registered as the new owner after 5 months of the completion and the matter is still not resolved. They would shamelessly expect you to pay for their mistakes. Going through other reviews here, it looks like the other reviewer also had suffered the similar issue due to their negligence. Legal ombudsman is the way to go.

Patryk was informative, knowledgeable and helpful when buying our first property. As first time buyers we sometimes would have appreciated just a little bit more hand-holding as we are new to the process. However, Patryk was always happy to call or email and answer our millions of questions. He worked exceptionally hard to help us meet a very hard deadline in the face of less than responsive solicitors from the other side and was patient and supportive when were very anxious. Overall we would recommend him to others we know.

If I could give 0 stars, I would. A very unprofessional team. Even though I bought a flat and have been paying mortgage, due to an error on the solicitor's part, the flat has still not been put in my name. It took him 1 year and a half, and annoyed emails and phone calls from myself, to agree that the fault was his own. The complaints department have also done nothing to help - doubt it exists. Please avoid them. I left this review before and was told it is the Dewsbury branch dealing with me. As far as I am concerned, you're one firm. After 6 failed attempts asking for the complaints department, maybe the London branch can help me on this?
