I live nearby and visited Woodside Solicitors today, but unfortunately, the experience was far from satisfactory. Upon entering the office, I was greeted by a woman who, in my opinion, displayed a lack of professionalism and knowledge. Rather than offering sound legal advice, she seemed more concerned with asserting her authority, attempting to push me into agreeing with something that was legally inaccurate. Her dismissive attitude, including rolling her eyes and implying I didn’t understand anything, was incredibly off-putting. Given her behavior, I am left questioning how she attained her legal qualifications. The location of their office, in an area where many new residents may not be familiar with their rights, makes me wary of the advice they might be offering. I would strongly advise against using their services. Very poor experience.

Patricia Goh worked on an extremely complex transaction with us. She was calm, comforting with our clients throughout the entire process and handled herself with extreme measure of professionalism. I would highly recommend using her on any property related matter.

Woodford Wise solicitors acted for us for our property sale and purchase. Sarah Mirza led our applications and she was extremely professional and efficient throughout the whole process. Sarah always ensured we were in the loop and willing to explain and guide us through each stage. A highly professional legal firm we would happily use again.

Excellent service. I have been dealing with this firm for over a year now with 2 separate cases, the time and effort they put in explaining any issues arising with the case is remarkable. After my first meeting with Mr Nawaz he explained what we needed to do and what will be the fees for my particular case. As the case proceeded a few unforeseen issues arose which caused me distress and pressure, but after speaking to Mr Nawaz and when he explained what is the steps he will take, i was reassured and at ease. when the case was complete i was charged the initial fee we discussed at our first meeting while a lot of extra work was put in from the Woodford Wise Solicitors team. So i will like take this opportunity to say a very big and well deserved Thank you to Mr Nawaz & Woodford Wise Solicitors.
