I spoke to Mr Winrow straight away when I called up enquiring about a case I needed help with. I was booked in quickly with their trainee solicitor Ceri who has been amazing and helpful through out. Mr Winrow dealt with my case professionally and was kind and thoughtful, he showed empathy, compassion and communicated with me throughout and made sure I understood what was said. I called up and I was put through to Mr Winrow after my case was dealt with and he was kind enough to speak to me. Highly recommended 😊

BE CAREFUL if they act on your child custody case. I have proven evidence they will happily lie. Ian the owner will state they do what the client wants even if knowingly isn't lawful, then staff telling people to seek domestic abuse advice when you write them emails stating you tend to recover costs for living in a house for free and resolving the situation is to claim abuse not acknowledge housing costs is a reasonable request. The business appears to be built on clients being advised they will have legal aid if abused then could you have suffered from this as opposed to representing fair and reasonable cases. I was asked to drive a 2 and 3 yr old 10hours for the mother to see the kids instead of her coming to them, at court the evidence provided was we had a parent plan in place and 5050 access and after they have the children block access and advice to seek domestic abuse claims to halt recovery of costs for her living in a house refusing to pay for anything. DODGEY BUSINESS

I have spoken with a solicitor called Ian over the phone. Who was very helpful and seemed happy to share his knowledge. Would happily use their services in the future if needed.
