Excellent service dealt mainly with Gaynor she was so lovely ,patient kind and very knowledgeable she helped me every step of the way I could not have done it without her she explained everything in a way i understood she's a credit to your company....
After my initial contact regarding medical malpractice, involving the death of a loved one. I was told “it might not be a high enough value case for a company like us”. Very nicely worded considering the context. Anyway, I never did hear anything back and the individual I spoke with constantly kept cutting me off, trying to take control of the conversation. I don’t appreciate that. I do understand they have limited time, and will be busy working cases, but I was literally giving the information you asked for. Guy came across very sales like in his approach. Needless to say, based on this I would not recommend whatever nonsense they reply with, if they indeed do reply to this.
Marc P dropped my case because i questioned the polices extension to my bail when they said "further enquiries". Was very vague in ALL responses except the last one dropping my case. Very unprofessional. Matthew C(recommended by a friend) would not reply to my email asking for a DSAR form from police website which quite frankly is a stupidly easy task albeit I had trouble finding it at the time. Again very unprofessional. I would not recommend this firm, by the sounds of it(or at least the way i interpreted it) they want to ask all the questions and for you to answer them, thats it. They dont like it when the defendant wants to try and build a case and asks questions regardless of the stress your under while on bail/under investigation. I followed their complaints procedure by contacting a Neil Waterhouse who totally dismissed my complaint. Will be taking it up with Legal Ombudsman. I have since found another firm who have done the total opposite and helped me with every request i made clearly showing dedication to their work and output.
Making my first will with Alison Craven. Attended in a private room and had a hassle free experience were details are explained and talked about with a trainee solicitor taking notes and Alison advising on each paragraph to assist in decision’s been made by myself. These two ladies were very professional and I would have no hesitation in recommending Williamsons solicitors to anyone wishing to make their Will Thank you Alison and team.
