Excellent service and outcome thanks to Bethen who handled my unprotected tenant deposit claim. Had previously approached a local solicitor who advised I had no case. Found Willans after some online research re solicitors with experience in tenancy desputes. Bethen was familiar with caselaw etc and I was reassured in her handling the claim from the outset after poor experience with other solicitor. Would recommend to anyone for her approachability and professionalism as well as the excellent result she managed to secure for me.
