Definitely recommend using WH Solicitors. got my wife's visa application through smoothly. I had a few concerns about the documents that are required and what I need but Waleed made it very easy by letting me know what I'll need and he went through all the documents and let me know what I was missing etc.. I wholeheartedly recommend Mr. Hassan for your spouse visa application. I successfully completed my application through him, and he promptly received my response from HMRC within two weeks. He maintained constant communication and provided timely responses. I am exceptionally satisfied with the service I received. Waleed Hassan at WH Solicitors was invaluable to our family as he walked us through the visa process for our daughter and American partner. Mr Hassan was recommended to us on a facebook group and was extremely highly spoken of. We started the visa application with another lawyer who was unhelpful and did not possess the knowledge and patience of Mr Hassan. We quickly switched lawyers and immediately felt it was the right decision. From application to approval, the whole process took approximately 10 days (we did pay for expedited service). He took the time to answer each question and concern and always replied to emails the same day, usually immediately. Mr Waleed Hassan, is an absolute legend. Waleed dealt wth my mothers BRP card/ settlement in the uk application. We had an initial call on the situatuon we were in and a second call of the information he required. Within 2-3 weeks I had an email to say our application was successfull. Waleed Hassan took all the weight and stress of our shoulders we could not be more pleased with how everything turned out, truely grateful! Very professional and straight to the point.
