I would not recommend I waited years for a claim. When I was offered a price they wanted to take 40% leaving me with nothing. I don’t think they deserved the 40% as it wasn’t them in the accident. Read your contract properly most places only take 25% I refused to take the offer as they don’t deserve a penny. Be careful

Never used them, but definitely wouldn't if I were you, you can walk past there shop window and see all of the Juicy bits of information from there clients, you can genuinely sit in front of the window and see everything names dates emails planned confrances big risk for people personal data anyone could take pictures or video and sell the information very unprofessional
