We used Edward for conveyancing recently and were really pleased we did. He got us through our sale and purchase with great professionalism, and ready to exchange way before our buyers below us in the chain who were all using call centre conveyancers. His assistant Veronica was amazing too, we had loads of issues with our buyers at exchange, and she was on the phone everyday to check in and reassure us with a bit of calm when we were totally stressed! I would 100% recommend Waughs for their conveyancing services. Yes they are more expensive than the ones your estate agent recommends, but being able to pop in to the office to see them, collect and deliver paperwork, and chat face to face when needed it definitely worth the extra in my opinion.

Clare Lumley handled my conveyancing on a not overly straight forward flat purchase. She kept me informed by phone, WhatsApp or email with every step of the process.
