I highly recommend Waterstone Legal, who were approved as a conveyancer by my lender. I was impressed by the quick response to my query despite it being so close to the Christmas break. This compared to two other firms that did not return my calls around the same time. Darius Dani was exceptionally efficient at dealing with all my queries. I will certainly be using them again.

Sold my property with Waterstone the beginning it was a bit slow but after I explained my hospital situation they really took a very good care of my case Especially Nithi and Shah. Long story short in the end the conclusion was excellent. Especially Nithi she was answering my e-mails all the time and dealing with third party solicitors. Would highly recommend Thank you

I received great conveyancing service on selling my leasehold flat. Nithi Kumar was helpful and responded quickly, accomodating my request to sign forms at their office the same day, and did her best to speed up the sale process when the other side were being slow and difficult. The app is good for the initial process of queries and providing details but not used after that, and then relied on email correspondence which was fine as good communication throughout from Nithi. Sale completed successfully and I would recommend Waterstone Legal! Thanks
