If you have any intention of moving house in a timely manner I strongly recommend staying well clear of this firm. They seem to go out of their way to avoid communicating with anyone involved in the process and cannot be reached via phone or email. A 3 month process is coming up on 6 months and it’s entirely in their hands with everyone else in the chain waiting. Shocking service that I would avoid at all cost

I was thoroughly pleased in my choice to use Vivash for the conveyancing process for buying my first home/flat. Elaine (Fannon) was outstanding and held my hand every step of the way. She answered all my questions, was always very responsive and good at getting back to me via email or phone. When she was on annual leave she informed me in advance and her colleague Linda took over and helped complete my purchase. We managed to complete in only 10 weeks from the offer being agreed!
