I have used Vine Orchards on three occasions over the years, the most recent one this year. All the staff are great, always give you time, return calls and keep you informed through the whole process. Highly recommend them

I was purchasing a house in Bristol and the sellers used Vine Orchards. All was going fine until my lender asked for the structural warranty documents and to confirm the property type before issuing a mortgage offer. The vendors and the solicitor provided different answers regarding the construction type to my lender. I had to ask for the drawings to confirm the true nature of the build, after seeing the drawings my surveyor confirmed that they were both incorrect! I noticed in the small print of the 10 year warranty pack provided to my lender that the ‘Sewage Pumping Station’ wasn’t covered. This had not been disclosed by the vendors and when I asked for further information on the Sewage Pump Vine Orchards' solicitor responded “I’m sure your surveyor can tell you everything you need to know”. After asking a second time she did eventually share the documents she held on file. Both sets of agents agreed that the sellers should have disclosed the Sewage Pumping Station at the start of the process. The solicitor however did not take this well and sent an extremely unprofessional email which prompted me to withdraw my offer immediately. After looking at Vine Orchards' website I can see that the solicitor dealing with the case is not in fact a property solicitor! Why are Vine Orchards allowing someone to act outside of their scope of practice?

Extremely satisfied with the services provided from Vine Orchards. Lisa Ubank went above and beyond to help me purchase my first home. She kept me updated throughout the surprisingly quick process and was consistently prompt when returning any queries, and worked professionally and polite with myself and third parties.
