Absolutely ridiculous, unprofessional, waste of time “solicitors”. I applied for a Non Molestation Order through the CourtNav service and my case was referred to several local law firms, I received an email the next day stating that this company had accepted my case. I have had ABSOLUTELY ZERO CONTACT from them since they accepted the case two weeks ago, and it is of a matter of great urgency to get the order in place for the safety of myself and young daughter. I have sent NUMEROUS emails, called and left answer phone messages every time.. nobody EVER answers the phone and I’m STILL WAITING FOR CONTACT! I’m now having to try to get the CourtNav service to take my case back off these sheisters so I can find a solicitor myself! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY

Literally the most unprofessional people. They asked me to send my documents after an appointment then they just ignored me for 4 months. The first time I called they told me to keep waiting, the second time I called and a lady named Shaiza answered saying we didn't promise we'd take your case. Why did you ask for all my info and supporting docs? and why did you say I'm in your waiting list? Shaiza said that it's concerning that I keep calling ( I called twice in four months) absolutely rude and unprofessional

very bad customer service , I feel there were unnecessary delays . They not answering phone at al , and ignoring emails .
