Previously had them represent me in court, told me if I wasn't happy to accept and we could go back, was then told I couldn't, I have now just found out after having my daughter for birthday access that was in a previous court order that my solicitor didn't put this in so now something I previously fought for in court is now not in my court order, cost me thousands of pounds for something I could have done myself
