I cannot say nice enough things about Riaz and our experience with Sterling Shore. We used them for my original spousal visa and then again recently when I needed to reapply for my visa. Both times Riaz was just so wonderful and helpful and took so much of the stress out of this process. We would honestly give a 10 star review if we could.

Shahista was amazing. She always answered our emails promptly, courteously and in detail any time day or night, even when she was out of office. I cannot speak highly enough of her. She explained the process and our options very clearly and gave great advice. We were always kept in the loop and up to date on the progress of the application. Fantastic. I would 100% recommend.

I can fully recommend the excellent Sterling Shore. Riaz helped my wife and I with a UK visa application and his help and professionalism were second to none. We needed help in a short time window and were applying from abroad, and Riaz bent over backwards to accommodate us despite the awkward time difference and his busy schedule. He made sure to fully understand our issue and situation, and would call immediately and proactively if we were unsure of anything to tell us exactly what he recommended. He also followed up with us after we had submitted what was needed to ensure we fully understood our often complicated situation. I cannot thank him enough and reiterate what a fine service Sterling Shore provided at a time of great stress and uncertainty.

I had an unbelievably satisfying experience with the service here. Professional and caring, giving the right kind and amount of advice and easy to follow process, meant that the process of getting my wife's initial visa and follow up fiancee visa, I was personally very assured we would get them, and I did not spend any time worrying. They will not just help you with the basics of what you need, they will make sure you have absolutely everything you need plus extra so that your chances are what I feel is certain.
