Josh and Jess was amazing!! My child custody case was very complex as it was our third case in the family courts as previous cases with other solicitors and courts let my daughter down which meant we had to go back to court for the third time. Josh and Jess made all the difference to my case as they was supportive I felt heard as my case was concerning domestic abuse and emotional abuse to my daughter. They believed in me and my case Josh supported me in court and at times it was hard but his support made all the difference. I am also dyslexic and again Josh was so helpful with this especially when preparing court statements. In the end we got the result that was right for my daughter and I can’t thank them enough.

I have recently used Sills and Betteridge for a house purchase in conjunction with a transfer of equity. Hayley and her team were absolutely outstanding. They really went above and beyond at with every part of the process. I was astounded by the communication I received from Hayley and her team. They were extremely responsive to emails and phone calls. Having never used a solicitor before I wasn’t sure what to expect and Sills and Betteridge really exceeded my expectations. The process for me was not smooth due to an extremely incapable solicitors firm working for the other party however I have no doubt that it is thanks to sills and betteridge that my purchase completed. They worked tirelessly and put so many hours in to making sure I got across the finish line. The team were professional and caring the entire way through and always made time to talk to me when I had concerns or did not understand something. I genuinely could not recommend Sills and Betteridge enough and I will most certainly use them again.

As everyone does I lost a parent but it was a sudden and unexpected death. My mother had done a will and I used Miss Danielle Hardy at the Spilsby branch of Sills & Betteridge. I went to see her after only a few days of my mums passing not knowing what to do or how to do it, from the start she made me feel very welcome and put me at ease. She did not just go through what was going to happen whilst she dealt with probate and my mums estate, she made sure I understood all the steps and kept me informed every step of the way. Every time things needed doing she got them done straight away and kept the process going at all times. Danielle is a very pleasant and easy person to work with and I genuinely had full trust in her to get the job done. I honestly could not recommend Danielle highly enough. If you want a solicitor who gets the job done on time, in the right way then she is the lady for the job. From my family we all thank her for the great work she did for us. 👏🏻👏🏻

I cant thank this company enough!, especially Isabel and Ella. Isabel was so calm, understanding and kind which made what was such an awful situation comfortable to talk about and wrote me the best witness statement! Ella was fantastic in the court room and made me feel so safe! Will 100% be using them again for the next stage and would highly recommend! Thank you very much!

Unfortunately I had to contact Sills and Betteridge to ask for advice and help with a domestic abuse case. I’m so thankful it was this wonderful firm I chose. I was put in touch with Emily Whittley, she is an apprentice solicitor but it’s like she’s been doing the job forever, she’s brilliant, informative, reassuring and so knowledgeable in sensitive cases such as mine. I would highly recommend Emily ☺️ on the court hearing day I was represented in court by Chrystal Theofanous, and supported by Emily. Chrystal was also incredible, a really nice lady who was clear and calm all the way through, in the court room she was great and I feel they got me the absolute best outcome for myself and my daughter. So ladies and gentlemen if you need help with domestic abuse give these ladies a call, they will guide you through it and support you all the way! Thank you Emily & Chrystal, you’ve been amazing ❤️
