First time home buyer and Setfords have been amazing! They have been patient and supportive, navigating through the process and keeping in contact with me to provide regular updates. They are very friendly team and proactive in chasing for updates from various parties. Deah has been particularly helpful in explaining all the different parts the process and helping to get everything set up.

Well, where do we begin, we were first time buyers and the stress we went through in the past few months was colossal but Carol our lovely solicitor and assistant Codi put us at ease in these stressful times, assuring that all deadlines were met with extra care, we went through the auction process and had to complete within 56 days, so the time was limited and we were at risk of losing our reservation fee on our property that we bought if we did not complete on time, in the end we finished before our deadline and completed ahead of time before the end of the year, we are so grateful for Setfords and would recommend anyone for their services. We are grateful for our first home and will never forget the help!

Had a very bad experience. We had Setfords for our new Flat purchase which was straightforward and with no onward chain. Because it was our first home we were really anxious about the process. The whole back and forth lasted more than 6 months and we were ready to give up on buying for a few years when the sale finally went through really fast (when the mortgage was about to expire). David who handled our purchase was friendly but was not good at processing things on time and required a lot of chasing. Even the seller was shocked and asked us why it took so long for us when they were prompt with everything. Would not recommend at all. Please do better Setfords.

We didn't end up going with Setfords for our house purchase because the quote was a bit too expensive for us. However, I wanted to leave a review for Deah who was amazing during the early quotation stages. She was extremely helpful, friendly, diligent, and couldn't have represented the company any better. Had the quote been more in-line what we had in mind, we would definitely have considered Setfords on the back of her customer service.

As first time buyers we enquired with Setfords for a conveyancing quote based on the recommendation of a friend and all the positive reviews. We're only in the very early staged but I wanted to shout out Deah in Sales for her amazing customer service- super helpful, friendly and efficient over the phone and via speedy follow-up emails. Thanks for your help Deah, I feel much more confident about the legal side of buying now!
