I am so happy to have just completed on the sale of my flat. What a fantastic work of Seddons and in particular Howard Freeman who guided me through all the process and really made sure that the sale was completed in the shortest time possible. He dealt with all parties to the sale with great skill and expediency and I was grateful for his advice throughout. I'd definitely recommend Howard and Seddons to everybody.

Fantastic firm, couldn’t recommend more highly. Howard was our solicitor, for the second time, on our a recent property transaction. He was proactive, meticulous, supremely organised, but what sets him apart is his helpful attitude, clarity of communication, and responsiveness. On the day of our completion, we had something of a crisis, through no fault of Seddons, and I am quite sure that if it hadn’t been for Howard and team’s tenacity and dedication, we couldn’t have completed on time. We recently used Seddons for both our house sale and onward purchase. Howard Freeman lead the team on this, and it was by far the best experience both my husband and I have had with a property solicitor. Howard was efficient and responsive resulting in a quick process.
