After contacting several local and regional conveyancers/solicitors we settled on Salisbury Law for our residential property purchase due to good reviews on both Google and other places and could not be more satisfied with the result. We were given a very clear quote for the work at the start and very good advice when it came to SDLT and the process. Lucy Obayne and Najib Khan provided an excellent conveyancing service. Lucy was always responsive to emails and calls, and helpful throughout the entire process. She frequently had to chase the seller's solicitors to respond to her emails and did so in a professional and timely manner.
