Where do I even begin, from the moment I spoke with Jessica she has been nothing but professional, friendly, efficient, the list goes on. My journey was not easy but she never gave up, it was like we were going through everything together. I never felt like a client I felt like a person she truly wanted to help and I will always be grateful for her patience and persistence because in the end the visa was approved and we celebrated together. Like many migrants in the UK, I wanted my father to stay longer with us, especially as his health—both memory and mobility—began to noticeably deteriorate during his visit. However, he had come on a visitor visa, and returning to our home country was no longer an option due to significant changes in his circumstances and the absence of anyone to care for him.
