Dear RF & co. Kind of you to finally respond after four months However as you never signed your response, I don’t know who actually wrote it. Typical you’ll hide behind your email. Your rebuttal to my one star review is absolutely false and I will not allow you to get away with revisionist history. The reason the passport wasn’t sent in because the application should’ve been done via an app like every other competent lawyer does in this country. Again, our point of contact was changed numerous times and your senior partner was too busy to be bothered after she cashed our check. Please try and explain to us why you didn’t use the application via the app electronically so that the passport never had to be sent in ever. I know this is a fact because in fact after we fired you, we did exactly that and no Passport was never sent to the home office. I stand behind my claims and if you have any integrity at all, you would returned our fees. Integrity is what you have when no one is watching. Remember that the next time you look in the mirror.

Ronald Fletcher & Co LLP (Mr Anand Virdi) handled our matter very responsibly and concluded it with positive and satisfactory outcome. We are grateful to all the team members. RFCL is highly recommended. Thank you.

Nishant, Anand, and all the team at Ronald Fletcher & Co provided me with a professional and courteous service and despite some set backs were ultimately effective in ensuring that I sold my flat. I was delighted when the sale finally came through and am very grateful to them for their support. I recommend them and would use their services again.

I had the displeasure of dealing with the office nepo hire, Anand Virdi for a small verification job. He took great exception to being questioned on fees. Regardless of differing viewpoints, the lack of professionalism and style of communication was appalling thereafter. Their complaints process requires you to complain to the person you’re complaining about which clearly gets you nowhere. Some samples of communication are attached which required a complaint to the Ombudsman who in turn had to ask him to make a formal apology (also attached). Edit: The wording of this response makes it clear it's written by the same simpleton. One horse town of a company. You'd have to be desperate to use them.

Subject: Unacceptable Professional Conduct - Extreme Dissatisfaction with Services Rendered Dear Sir or Madam, I write to express my utmost disappointment and sheer disbelief with the level of service, or rather lack thereof, that has been provided by your firm. Having endured such an absolute shambles, I deem it necessary to voice my experience in the spirit of ensuring no other hopeful individual need walk my path. I find it rather mind-boggling that you claim to have a reputation for professional service when your manner of operating is nothing short of revolting. Firstly, the conduct of your staff has been abhorrent, to put it mildly. Their consummate lack of decency and sheer rudeness towards clients is exceptionally distasteful. Their behaviour is reflective of an organisation that displays a blatant disregard for the very people who hold the potential to contribute to your growth and standing. Secondly, the steep charges for the services you provide exhibit outright extortion. This, coupled with the minimal attention paid towards the completion of tasks, demonstrates extraordinarily poor value for money. What solar system are you operating from where you deem it acceptable practice to ignore phone calls from your clients? This is utterly ludicrous! Your flagrant lack of professionalism in this area is reprehensible! Let’s not even get started on your abysmal follow-up. If, for some unfathomable reason, your clients are not deserving of updates on their cases, should it not be your professional obligation to inform them as such? By that same logic, if your staff constancy suffers from ill health, is there no contingency plan in place? The absence of strategic planning and case analysis in your firm is glaringly apparent. A child can recognise your haphazard approach to circumnavigation. It’s so clear. The representatives of your firm, Ms Sashi, in particular, have depicted an intolerable level of incompetence. The false claims relating to visas for my children and the ensuing circus of lies over receipt of emails form a grotesqué tableau of your firm's operating methods. Indeed, my own efforts on my children’s cases perfectly encapsulate the true level of your ineptitude. On top of all this, I find your refusal to refund part of my £4,000 payment following the abysmal handling of my children’s visa applications, nothing less than the purest form of avarice. In my entire life, I have not come across such a dismal excuse for a solicitor. Your firm exhibits a startling lack of integrity, professionalism, and basic human decency. Consider this the rallying cry for other expecting clients - keep well clear of this farcical operation. An operation that brings shame to not only the practice of law but to the very concept of service itself. Yours sincerely, John
