Aine Denny was our solicitor in purchasing a flat in Central London, made extra complicated by our being in the US while it was in process. Even though it was over the holidays, and both the seller's solicitor and the management company's firm were slow and disinterested in getting it accomplished quickly, she chased and even ended up taking on some of their responsibilities in order to meet our preferred date for completion. She was professional and personable at all times, and we would recommend her without hesitation.
