Reviews
They have helped me throughout my case. Went over and beyond what was required. Communication was good and always available. Truly happy with their work and advice. Nadat Solicitors are highly recommended in relation to any family issues.
I can not recommend nadat solicitors enough ! they have helped me throughout my case, and the service I have received was excellent! My solicitor Mr haroon always responded quickly to any messages or emails. Most importantly, he was always ready to hear me out and always gave me plenty of reassurance, All I would like to say is if you are in need of a family lawyer, I would recommend nadat solicitors all the way! Thank you again to nadat Solicitors for supporting me throughout my case :)
I cannot recommend Nadat Solicitors enough if you are needing a professional will writing service. I had the pleasure of having Mr Nadat deal with my will and could not have asked for better representation. He was very knowledgeable, took an interest, made me aware of factors I might never have been aware of and he ensured that the will was ready within the timeframe required. I needed a will and fast and naturally sought out a solicitor on Google and based on the reviews I decided to go with Nadat Solicitors and it was a great decision!
Superb service. The Solicitors have been so accommodating and have always been very helpful. Would definitely recommend them for any family matters.
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY, OR ELSE WHEN THEY DON'T DO THEIR JOB PROPERLY AND YOU LEAVE THEM A NEGATIVE, BUT HONEST REVIEW, THE COMPANY'S CEO WILL RESORT TO VISITING YOUR ELDERLY FATHER AT HIS HOUSE TO ASK YOU TO REMOVE YOUR REVIEW. HOW UNPROFESSIONAL. These were recommended to me by a friend. Initially the service was good and the legal advice felt beneficial and appropriate, so I decided to instruct them to represent me,especially since Haroon described the application as often getting 'technical'. As soon as I paid, the delaying tactics began. I got fed up of chasing them, to a degree that I filed my peice of work myself with the court. The job took me only 5 minutes, I was very surprised giving I have no background in law. I contacted Haroon, both via telephone and email, asking for reports on his progress initially and then for a refund. This work began in November. Here we are in March still waiting for a refund of £1000 - something Haroon has repeatedly promised he had 'allocated to their billing department', but has absolutely failed to deliver on. He also stated that they were so busy so my case has been allocated to Mr Nadat himself, promising a change of earner letter which Haroon had 'already written', which I would receive by email months ago. No sign of this to date. As I said, the initial verbal advice I received appeared appropriate, other than the idea that a 5 minute court application would be technical and so they were willing to charge me £650. To be honest, if they had got on with it, I would have been none the wiser. Sadly, they're like all the other solicitors and prefer to waste peoples time and mess with people's lives. Really disappointed customer. I shall provide an update here to inform you once the refund comes through informing exactly how many weeks it took Haroon to complete his promise. Honestly, go elsewhere and don't waste your time with these. UPDATE: Following the above review, Mr Inayat Nadat contacted me to say he had come across my email by chance on a Sunday afternoon. He proceeded to provide me with a full refund and apologise for his company's poor dealings. Then he emailed again to say he had very coincidentally come across my Google review, and asked for me to remove it, since he had provided me with a refund. He began to badger me via phone for days on end, and as I chose not to respond, except via email, he then took the strange Indian village mentality decision to go to my father's residence and physically deliver a letter consisting of my refund invoice and a decision to stop representing me (despite not having represented me at all yet), together with a conversation with my father at his doorstep to persuade me to remove my review from Google. How unsurprisingly unprofessional of the lead solicitor and business owner of Nadat Solicitors. My 70-year old father had no knowledge of any of this, nor should he, yet Mr Nadat felt it appropriate to discuss my review with him and then to leave him with a copy of this review in the hope that he would persuade me to remove it. Wow, the difference social media and Google reviews make. A month after the above, in order to allow Mr Inayat Nadat to prove himself, I emailed him offering him the opportunity to make things right by proceeding with my case afresh, in which case I would remove the poor review if his company was able to do things right. Sadly, and again, unsurprisingly, Mr Nadat chose not to respond to this email. Now I receive an email informing me that Mr Inayat Nadat has responded to my review. Wow, he went to the extent of labelling it malicious and asking Google to remove it. I have all the emails, letters, and bank statements as proof of my appalling experience. I stand by my initial review. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY, unless you enjoy disappointment.
