If I could give zero stars, I would. This firm is nothing more than a money trap—taking your hard-earned cash while delivering absolutely nothing in return. I made the mistake of giving them a chance, thinking they’d act with professionalism and competence, but I was sorely mistaken. Not only did they fail to do their job properly, but their negligence nearly cost me a crucial case. And the worst part? They showed no remorse, no accountability—just empty promises and blatant disregard for their clients. This is not just incompetence; it’s outright dishonesty. If you value your time, money, and peace of mind, stay far away from this firm.

The worst solicitor. They never call back, they won't tell you how much they are deducting. Very unprofessional! Edit: I tried to call, but you never call back. Just stop being so dodgy.

If you have to ring the solicitor to find out if there's updates after months of literally 0 action, you know you're dealing with a very bad solicitor. Mine i was told, 'chased' the medical report TODAY, conveniently, the day i call to chase him up for updates. It's as if they get paid more to prolong the case. It's THAT bad.
