I sought advice from Morgan Wiseman over a divorce case and I have to say the service and advice was fantastic, I couldnt fault it! They were very swift replying and really helped to explain my options in a very clear and concise manor...VERY IMPRESSED! Extremely friendly and approachable as well. Very good service and legal advice at very short notice. My representative Nadia from the Birmingham office made swift work of dismantling the case against me which was full of false claims, focusing on the relevant points and discarding the rest, keeping the court's focus on the facts and relevant information only. The case was dismissed without me even needing to provide so much as a statement.

Approached the luton branch to submit a application to court for a child arrangement order and i explained to them that the situation needs urgent attention as my daughter is only 7 years old and there's child protection team involved. I submitted my documents on time and they said i have the best case and i will get custody easily and was told application has been made to court. Within 6 month's i get passed to one coleague after another. Whenever i call in, they say they will call me back and they dont have any update for me. 6 month's later, i get asked do you want us to still submit your application and that i need to send them documents again. Stay away if you have a sensitive and emergency case. What a waste of time and heartless people and very unprofessional. They knowingly ignored me and wasted time for 6 months. They will be reported to SRA and other bodies.
