I had a disappointing experience with this firm. Communication was poor, with delays in responses and a lack of clarity throughout my case. I felt like I was constantly chasing them for updates. The process dragged on far longer than expected, and I was left feeling like my concerns were not a priority. Unfortunately, I wouldn’t recommend them to others based on my experience.

The behavior of staff is very unfriendly and unprofessional. Negative comments from all my friends who have been there especially in regards to checking emails and notifying clients. People have to chase them for follow ups
