If you value your time or have a case of child abuse like mine, please read this. I contacted this office because they told me that I could apply for legal aid, well, despite the majority of bad reviews they have, I didn't give it any importance. How wrong I was! I had my first consultation in the office on January 8, 2024 in which Rowshon asked me for a list of documents for the legal aid application which I sent to her on January 16 (just a week later). After this I had to call and send text messages to this person because weeks went by and no one contacted me. She always said that I should wait or that she would contact me, to which I very patiently waited but I was always the one who had to look for her. I got to the point of telling her that if I didn't know anything about her I would find another way. Despite the seriousness of my case and the fact that I told them that I had been in this process for 3 years, they have not been able to contact me for absolutely anything! What an unpleasant experience and bad luck to have trusted these people. I am a young single mother from the middle class and very humble who was desperately looking for help. I had previously been to different law offices that helped me in the past but I had never been to an office like this one that looked like a dump of how old and shabby it looked, great sign that I overlooked.
