Very upsetting experience of interaction with adminiatrator on the phone. I have been asking her questions when she said "I am sorry" and dropped the phone down. The solicitor is worse, l dropped her a few emails asking the question about my case whether she takes it or not and she ignored me. Do not recommend.

I would like to thank Milestone Solicitors specially to Alketa Shuli who handled my recent application like a piece of cake. She’s responsive was very prompt and professional. I wish I had been introduced to her before which would have got my settlement visa long time ago. I had wasted thousands of pounds in gotten wrong advice end up in tribunal and opportunist immigration solicitor but thanks to Keti I got my leave to remain now excellent service overall.
