The case worker appears to be quite naive and lacks a fundamental understanding of UK law. Additionally, there is a person named Zakir who is very welcoming during initial meetings, but he also lacks knowledge and provides misleading information. He does not even understand the differences between a refugee, someone seeking humanitarian protection, and a person with discretionary leave.
