My Brother and I recently appointed Michelmores to act on the sale of our Mums property. We also used them for the purchase a few years ago. Lucy and the Conveyancing Team were always professional throughout the transaction, very responsive to any questions and very thorough throughout. Sadly, during the sale process we then had to manage the probate process. All of this additional stress was taken away from us as Michelmores were able to progress this through their Probate team, with Jess and Macualey managing this through to completion for us. Thank you all, we really appreciate your help and you will no doubt be our first port of call if we require anything else in the future.

I've used Michelmores to both buy and sell property without issue. Very happy with service provided. Good communication and no needless delays. Not the cheapest quote, but no unexpected extras and a fair price to pay for good service

We used Michelmores to help with repayment of our Help To Buy loan and remortgage. Despite having to deal with lots of hurdles and last minute alterations they were superb throughout. Special mention should go to Daisy who was excellent at communicating with us, chasing up what was needed and making sure we didn't lose our hair due to stress. Thoroughly recommended.

I recently experienced amazing conveyancing service at Michelmores, from Ellie Wonnacott and Daisy Selley specifically. They were both highly professional, knowledgeable and supportive throughout the process which was drawn out and not always easy. I cannot fault their responsiveness – always replying to my emails on the same day and usually within a couple of hours. In addition, I was kept fully informed on a regular basis, sometimes several times a day. I cannot recommend Ellie and Daisy highly enough (and the others in the department who stepped in where needed). Thank you!!
