Machins handled my case with great care and precision. Communication between myself and the company was clear and prompt. Rates were competitive and the service offered was second to none. The buyer of my property were using Machins, and I was gobsmacked to find out that a conveyancing solicitor had to engage a 3rd Party to understand what the Buildings Safety Act is. This took weeks! And as a result of this discussion and what is clear is not a good understanding of the Building Safety Act, my buyer was advised to pull out of the purchase after being misinformed on the situation. If my next buyer says they're using Machins I think I will pass and wait for the next one to avoid wasting any more of anyone's time. Not to mention that in the end, Rosie was so rude to my estate agent that he refused to contact her again, and asked that communications were handled through the buyer, who also struggled to get in contact with them.
