A retention was held on my property as part of the sale; Lu Oliphant were the solicitors for my buyer and they held the retention during the retention period. This was meant to be returned to me in September 2024; I am still battling to get this back in December 2024 as they are ignoring communication, despite the fact that the amount was due to be returned over 3 months ago. This is grossly unethical and we will be taking this further as they are in breach of contract.

I was very impressed by Mei and James who helped us complete a purchase on our house. There were a few hurdles to jump through and the team were extremely knowledgeable and responsive. They worked very hard to meet my ideal timeline. Throughout the process Mei were very approachable to answer any questions we had, and James was calmed, patient and professional.
