I ended up using them for all my applications afterwards, and I have only positive things to say about the depth of experience and quality and timely advice I received, and their fees were super reasonable. Excellent service by Seun and Lola. Appointed them for selling my house in Greenhithe. They were very prompt and responsive to my email which was very rare nowadays amongst the property solicitors or conveyancers. I have dealt with many conveyancers and many of them were negligent, not efficient etc. I must say the service provided by Lola/Seun was outstanding. There were couple of buyers (not serious) pulled out in the beginning (and it’s not my fault) but Lola agrees not to incur fee. Very professional and sporting I must say! Thank you very much.

I note the other reviews are rather polar, all I can say is my experience was very favourable. I received friendly and helpful advice. Most of my dealing were with Lola Odofin who was very prompt to respond to my questions. I was happy with the service I received!

All of the staff were very helpful, compassionate and professional. They supported us through a very difficult conveyancing experience, and also a family matter. I cannot recommend them highly enough.
