Fantastic care and service. It was so refreshing to have such a professional, competent, and personable conveyancing experience. Levi Solicitors came well recommended when we were looking to sell our house, and we were extremely impressed with the outcome. We found Alan Tai and his team to be extremely responsive to all the various requests throughout the process, despite the other side's solicitor's delays, and we would have no hesitation in recommending him and his team to anyone requiring prompt and clear responses to emails, especially if there are complicating matters such as covenants and boundary issues. Alan was able to explain everything clearly, in easy to understand terms. Many thanks to Levi Solicitors for their excellent service.

Slow, lacked initiative, made mistakes and did not acknowledge or communicate to me what they had done. If you want a team who can look at a portal or check an inbox when asked fine. If you want a team to email and call to speed things along Chanelle's team is not for you. The complaints procedure is a waste of time. Alex will just write you a 3 page excuse. They quote you a cheap price and then add on lots of extras. I would not recommend and now neither would my estate agent.
