I have had the most incredible experience with Stefano at Kobalt Law. He helped me with a really complicated and tedious commercial lease and I was truly blown away by his skills. Stefano is the most responsive and competent lawyer I have ever worked with. He made sure that every tiny detail was analysed and nothing escaped his savvy eyes. Every query I had, he responded to almost immediately (even once at 1am!!!) and made sure to push back with any clause in the contract that seemed unfavourable. He was diligent and organised and challenged the opposing lawyer whenever needed. I can confidently say that Stefano Lucatello is the best property lawyer in the country and I am honoured that he took me on as a client. Despite this process being long winded (due to the landlord's solicitor and the premises being complicated), I always felt secure knowing he was representing me. I am forever grateful for his servives and wouldn't dream of using anyone else in the future.
