We had a highly unpleasant experience with JMW regarding a critical, time-sensitive deal. Acting on behalf of our lenders, JMW caused significant delays that jeopardized the deal multiple times. Despite multiple solicitors being involved—who were all prompt and efficient due to the urgency of the matter—JMW's responses were consistently slow and lacked coordination. They repeatedly came back every two weeks with new requirements, even after assuring us that everything was in order. This demonstrated a clear lack of due diligence and professionalism. It felt as though they had little concern for the potential collapse of the deal due to their inefficiency. Though we managed to successfully complete the deal on the last day, overall experience has been quite disappointing. We will not work with any lenders who would engage JMW on any deals moving forward.

We used JMW for our house purchase and had a great experience. We worked with Golly and her team who were very thorough and made the process extremely easy for us. Golly herself was incredibly accessible, friendly and accommodating for all our (many) questions ! Her style informal so you feel like you are working with a friend and you really get the impression she has your best interest at heart. She went over and beyond for us and clearly understood how stressful and nerve racking it can be to buy a new family home. Cannot recommend her and the team highly enough !
