An existing Child Arrangements Order, from 2023, was no longer working and the other parent was making my relationship with my children as difficult as possible. Over time these issues grew to the point where the other parent was clearly alienating the children from me. Irwin Mitchell’s team were able to work with me to exactly the outcome I was hoping for. A further Final Hearing in late 2024, and a new Child Arrangements Order, resulted in an increase in the share of time my children live with me. They worked diligently over many months, with an incredible eye to detail, to manage my case and suggest the best path forwards at every stage. I could not recommend them more highly.
