A first class service from start to finish. Gulum was acting as our Solicitor during the sale of our parents' bungalow and from the outset she she kept us informed of all that was happening. The matter took longer to settle than expected, however, she kept us abreast of the problems and questions being raised in respect of the sale, by the buyer's solicitors. I am extremely grateful for the service she gave us and the perseverance shown, in completing the sale. I would recommend her to others who need a competent solicitor in a conveyancing matter. Gulum managed the sale of our previous home and our new home. It is safe to say that we felt Gulum always had our backs and was working fully for us, her communication was excellent. All actions were conducted very efficiently and in a very timely manner, which can’t be said for other solicitors or agencies within the chain. If it hadn’t of been for Gulum’s tireless work the timelines of the purchase could well have dragged on for some time beyond our required moving date. Thank you Gulum, you are a star!
