We used Green and Olive and more precisely Saiqa to complete on a residential property purchase. This was the first time I was using the services of the firm and I was really impressed with the service provided. Saiqa understood that we were under pressure from the vendor to complete the purchase asap. She was regularly providing updates, was happy to answer my numerous phone calls and was always courteous and friendly. She was always on hand to answer any questions I had too without hesitation. I would definitely look to use a Saiqa again in the future when we complete subsequent property purchases as I was really happy with the service we received.
