We recently sold a flat and purchased a shared ownership house and Rhys Moss of Glover Priest Great Barr was our conveyancing solicitor. The practice as a whole was fine but Rhys was exceptional, brilliant communication and very clear and helpful about each stage of what was a very lengthy and reasonably complex process. Many thanks!

Poor, poor, poor service from start to finish. I would never recommend anybody to use these solicitors for any matter. Especially if you want it to be done at any speed. Took over 6 months to move house with no chain at either end of the sale. As well as passing the buck when it came to key responsibilities during the conveyances process. They also didn’t call me once off their own back, it was always me calling them. When we expressed our extreme dissatisfaction and anger towards the treatment we received, we were told that we were welcome to go elsewhere and restart the process elsewhere, rather than taking accountability for their actions. We were also told that some money was lodged by the seller for us as compensation for the delay because we threatened to pull out of sale. Money was then deducted from our bill to the solicitors without total consent rather than us receiving the money during completion. Please don’t forget that lunch time is at any time of the day. I really hope that the solicitors don’t reply to this review in the same ‘copy and paste’ way they reply to ALL the other low star reviews posted.

Rhys is a brilliant solicitor, and has gone above and beyond to facilitate our house purchase. By far the best service I have ever received for conveyancing. Will definitely use his services in the future.
