My experience with Glen Solicitors was highly unsatisfactory. They are representing my ex-partner, but their level of professionalism fell significantly short of expectations. Communication was a persistent issue, as they consistently failed to respond to calls or emails, making it extremely difficult to engage with them. Despite being fully aware of the seriousness of the case, they appeared reluctant to engage directly, which raised concerns about their preparedness to handle the matter effectively. If you are seeking reliable and effective legal representation, I would strongly recommend considering alternative options, as Glen Solicitors did not meet the standards I expected. Update: The owner’s response to my review further highlights their lack of attention to detail. They stated, "I was never their client," which demonstrates a failure to comprehend the content of my review. I clearly stated that they represent my ex-partner, not me.

He is unresponsible person we apply visas here nerly year ago we he didn’t call us he never answered phone calls we give to him priority visa fee when we go check the email he didn’t pay he do standard visa fee when we ask him he say sorry I forgot.he doesn’t have value of the time he just wasted people time I call to 42 times still he never replied when we go office he is not there.

Very unprofessional and unreliable. They shouldn't be even getting a single star review. You will loose your money and time. On top of that they are constantly lying about the file status. Never pick up the calls or reply to any texts or emails. Worst solicitor, as the file and money has been stuck with them since more than a year now. I would never recommend them to anyone, as they would never submit your case to immigration, while your file is just lying there. Apart from that they would lie about submitting your application and they'll screw up your case.

Worst immigration advisor Navpreet Sahota, very unreliable and unprofessional. Big liar took my all money including home office fees, super priority fees, nhs and his fees, after taking all fees he was not picking up phone went to his office gave me fake reference number, my all application form which was wrong and it was edited not the actual form. Luckily I went to other immigration advisor and got my visa but have paid all the money again for everything. Navpreet sahota never refund me anything. Please don’t waste your time there are many highly professional and reliable immigration advisors around.bunch of crooks plz b aware of these people they are totally useless don’t waste ur money nd time bcz after loosing ur money u no getting nothing except regret. He is not capable for getting even a single star.

Navpreet shota Worse solicitor I have ever seen. Took all our immigration fees and NHS Never replied to phone calls email and messages. Will never recommend him to anyone he’s waste of Time Very unprofessional. Please don’t go to him don’t waste ur money.
