I have just completed a sale using GJ Templeman. They were always contactable via phone and email to both myself and the estate agent which was appreciated. They pushed for progress despite the buyers solicitors being very pedantic which was again very helpful! Only improvement would be that they do charge extra if you wish to complete within 7 days or 7-14 days of exchange which wasn't mentioned on the quote. I completed within 6 days of exchange which cost an extra £295 + VAT. Other than that there were no hidden costs, apart from the bank transfer fee which I guess is standard. I would recommend them for conveyancing!

Solicitors can be very stressful especially with communication. Well Osna and Jessica have been my life savers! The phone is always answered and they both listen and follow up the questions asked or come back to me., how nice honestly they are really helpful very polite very sweet I think I would have lost my patience if it was not for them with the sale of my house I Highly recommend the company on the basis that Osna and Jessica are part of the team.
