Reviews
I have been a client for over 45 years with Fitzgrahams Solicitors. I have always been impressed by the positive attitude of all the staff members at Fitzgrahams solicitors. The professional services provided have always been excellent. Mr Fitzgrahams will always go that extra mile to make sure that I got the best services possible from his firm. I have recommended many of my friends over the years. The feedback has been excellent. One thing that attracted me the most is that Mr Fitzgrahams would make sure that he speaks with me personally whenever I need his professional services. I fully recommend Fitzgrahams solicitors for any legal matters.
I completely disagree with you Akiva Solemani and my experience with Fitzgraham's solicitors has been nothing but excellent! I have engaged them with buying a property as well as to manage my Will and I have only had a positive experience . Mr Graham was extremely knowledgable (which is expected with such vast experience) and gave fantastic advice and I was able to move into my home very easily and quickly. I cannot thank him and everyone working in this company enough for all the great support!
We are longtime clients of Fitzgrahams Solicitors and we are very grateful for their service. All of our visa applications are successful, thanks to Natalie and the rest of the team's expertise when it comes to immigration.
Very very slow. Three hours work quoted and charged for writing a simple will. Took over a month to complete the work. Only finished after several calls to chase them up, only got things moving when I said we would be forced to go elsewhere. I didn’t expect to be berated on our last visit when the work was eventually completed and handed over, obviously not used to be chased up. I would not recommend them.
I started with Mr Fitzgraham, setting out my requirements, on 16th May, 2021. We wished to sell a share of a freehold to someone else. A simple matter, no searches, valuations, etc., required. Almost 3 months later, it was still not finished. Always a week or two between each attempt at communication. I always had to leave a message on his answer machine, it was rarely responded to promptly. Late responses to my emails. Appointments were mostly for a long time ahead. There were always excuses, mostly to do with covid. When I threatened to make a formal complaint about how long it was taking, instead of apologising and promising to speed things up, he simply withdrew from the case and gave me a refund of monies he had required me to pay in advance on account. In my opinion, from the evidence of my own experience, this is an extremely inefficient solicitor. I would never use him again, and I would never recommend him to anyone else. My one star rating is because I could not leave zero stars. Well, I’m pleased for you, Ms Davis, that you got a good service. I am simply reporting my experience, which is evidently different from yours. My evidence of extensive delays is well documented in a series of messages between me and Mr Fitzgraham. (By the way, his name is Mr Fitzgraham, not Mr Graham, as you have said in your review - strange error?). I should add that Mr Fitzgraham is now messaging me implying that he is considering suing me for my comments. I strongly object to Mr Fitzgraham’s accusation that my behaviour towards his staff was “abusive", “inappropriate” or “extremely concerning”. I regard these comments as libellous, and will consider whether to take the matter further. I was never at any time abusive nor was my behaviour inappropriate or concerning. I said that I was not happy with the extremely long time my case was taking. I was perfectly entitled to voice my concern, but it was always in a courteous and polite way. Mr Fitzgraham’s decision to withdraw from the case followed immediately from my informing him (in a polite but firm way) that if my case was not brought to a conclusion in the next 3 weeks (it had already taken nearly 3 months!) then I would consider lodging a formal complaint, which I was perfectly entitled to do. Notice that Mr Fitzgraham does not deny that it was taking such an absurdly long time - he cannot deny it, because he knows I have documentary evidence of our communications about how long it was taking.
