If I could give them zero stars I would. Totally useless as defence barristers. They never took the opportunity to question me about the charges against me. They never wanted to know my side of the story. I was told not to attend the fist and second court appearance. There was no communication as to what had occurred at these hearings. The only communications we’re false ie that tomy first court appearance I was not to enter a plea as a mental health report would be ordered. This was untrue. The incapable barrister turned up 5 minutes before and knew nothing of my case or any mental health report. He put me on the spot and forced me to plead guilty to things I had not done and things I could prove were untrue. My father was terminally ill in Scotland. I had been on bail conditions to stay at my home in London every night for 6 months. They shoul have had a bail hearing to change this condition as my year old mother was left to care for my father with motor neurone disease alone for 6 months. The incapable and useless barrister did nothing to defend me or represent my interests. Something he was paid for with tax payers money. He used my fathers terminal illness against me to plead guilty. He stated that if I did not plead guilty I would be on the same bail conditions for 14 months and that I would not see my father again. I was put on the spot. All this happened so quickly. It was a disgusting emotional blackmail that came from my own counsel. At my sentencing he did not mention my mental health conditions or my disability or family situation. Disgusting and Incompetent company. I would have done a better job myself. DO NOT USE THIS BAND OF CLOWN COMPANY. I have contacted my MP who is a QC. She is arranging to make a complaint to the Barr Counsel.
