I approached the solicitors in January 2022 for an immigration issue. The communication was extremely slow, lots of solicitors continue to change in the firm which delays matters. We paid £1500, I decided as the process was taking too long and it’s faster if I do it myself asked for a refund as nothing had been carried out by the solicitors. I got a refund in July 2024 of £600, there was a £900 charge for sending a few emails back and fourth to myself & for preparing an application form for which I have no evidence as nothing was ever sent to me. I do not recommend DV, high priced & many hidden costs.

We met on Zoom and the process was simple and painless. Unlike other past experiences with others, I was delighted that Farida noted the spellings of my names and got them right first time. This was a simple will, and was completed without a lot of unnecessary fuss. I felt that the guidance given me was helpful and appropriate. And free! I don't think I would have got a better service if I had paid for it.
