I have applied visitor’s visa for my mum and that was very complex case as her visa was previously rejected when my sister has sponsored her. Really poor service. I have yet to receive a clear invoice for the amount I paid, which they mentioned over email. The communication was terrible, the dialogue minimal, no thought or care was put into the communication, and the make matters worse the office is filthy with an incredibly rude man on the desk. Horrible place, horrible service.
